Damage from rodents, mice, and rats can be extensive and unsanitary conditions can not always be seen easily.  Here are the steps suggested to ensure the safety and health of you and your family:

REPLACE SUB AREA AND ATTIC INSULATION
Rodent urine and feces are known pathogens for disease and major contributor to allergies. Rodents tunnel throughout insulation causing odors from urine and major damage to the value of the insulation in the home.

Bacteria and odors are trapped in the insulation and can spread into the home. Insulation damaged by rodents must be removed to prevent potential health problems.

All Natural recommends removing and disposing of contaminated insulation in the sub area, sterilizing and deodorizing, then installing new insulation. In the attic, insulation is also removed and disposed, the attic sterilized and deodorized, and new insulation is installed.

WALL VOID INSULATION STERILIZATION
Injecting the wall voids with our natural enzymes eliminates the smell from rodent urine and feces.

VAPOR BARRIER & GROUND STERILIZATION
Sterilizing the soil is a very important part of the treatment. Eliminating odors and pheromones keeps new rodents from wanting to re-infest the home. These natural enzymes eliminate the smells and bacteria from rodent urine and feces in the ground soil. It also may be necessary to remove and replace the Vapor Barrier (plastic/visqueen sheeting) under the structure.

HEATING AND AIR DUCT CLEANING
Infestations in the heating, ventilation, and air system can spread the bacteria and odors throughout the home. All Natural cleans the air ducts to prevent contaminates from entering the home.

BAITING
Bait is placed in protective stations in the sub area or attic of the home, away from pets. We use different types of baits based on the situation; you may review this with the technician. Baits cause a feeling of dehydration, causing the rodent to travel outdoors to seek water, so they usually don’t die in the house. Occasionally a rodent may die in the home. When this happens we charge a service call to remove the dead rodents. TRAPS
There are many different types of traps designed to catch mice and rats. All Natural does not recommend the use of traps, because of trap shyness, risk of injury, and the fact that most infestations are too large to eliminate with just traps. INSURANCE CLAIMS
Some insurance companies will cover rodent damage to your insulation. Most will cover possums, skunks or other pests. Be sure to call your insurance agent while our Inspector is there so he may assist you in getting partial or full coverage. WARRANTY
One year warranties are only offered on homes where we can perform thorough treatments for mice and rats, this would include:

• Sub-Area & Attic Insulation removal and replacement

    (Permanent Wood Treatment is recommended while insulation is absent)

• Sub-Area & Attic deodorizing and sanitizing


• Vapor Barrier replaced and Ground Sterilized


• Wall void enzyme injection and sterilization


• Recommended exclusion and repairs


• Heat and Air duct cleaning


• Bait and Bait stations in sub area to prevent future infestations
