Not only are leaking gutters annoying and unsightly, but poorly maintained or broken gutter systems are very bad for your structure.  To maintain a sound foundation and siding, it is best to direct rain water as far away from your building as possible.  Rain water running down the side or against the foundation can create many costly problems in the future.  Fungus and dry rot thrive on a moist environment.
